Valtora, UAB is not a licensed credit institution, investment firm, or regulated investment fund under the relevant EU directives (CRD, MiFID II, AIFMD). The platform provides exclusively information and structured access to investment opportunities for private investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
For any regulated activity (investment advice, placement, asset management, public offers), Valtora relies exclusively on appropriately licensed partners. The responsible licensed partner is disclosed to investors before any specific offer or agreement.
